On this page you will find some of my favourite links, and some websites that I have found to be very useful. Please note that they are provided for information purposes only.

I am proud to be a member of these organizations:

  • Edmonton Kennel Club (Life Member)
  • Canadian Kennel Club (Life Member)
  • Canadian Association of Obedience Trial Judges

  • The following websites offer some useful information:

The DoberDawn site has 2 links on the left side of the page that are very useful: How to Dremel dog nails, and How to bike with your dog. Remember that she is biking Dobermans - for Shelties, I would start with 1/4 to 1/2 kilometre, working up to between 1.5 to 2 kms over a period of time. It all depends on your dog's physical condition, age, size, etc. - use common sense.

Here are some car travel safety tips for your dog:

Please note, recent research I have read indicates that ALL harness/seat belt types of restraints have failed in crash tests. I am a firm believer in using crates in vehicles to safeguard your dogs. JMHO.

Please contact me if you find any broken links on the website.
